∙         Control of urban and rural land bank for development of University Campuses, Medical Centers and Educational Complexes

∙         Partnership in real estate ventures both locally and globally with rights to develop with professional in their respective field  

∙         Major control of ideas, concept, patterns, intellectual property and operating businesses given by retiring and senior professional as part of their social planned giving succession plan both at formulative and operative stage in service industries.

The international setup will provide us with abilities to utilize our resources in many innovative and creative ways and means to fund our Projects under our objectives of global social entrepreneurship program.
