We welcome individuals to participate in startup, development and management of these suggestive areas and projects. We also encourage you to bring your own new projects. The projects have to fall under the ambit of our social entrepreneurship spirit. That spirit is to earn and give something back to society. To encourage other fellow beings to participate and exercise the option of starting a business as way of better family, personal and social life rather than just looking at employment/job option.

At our incubation center we will support projects starting at the lowest spectrum of social equity investment of as small as US$ 1000 to the higher side of seven figure. We can also invite from our global resource base and international community, social investors and investment bankers who can consider larger projects depending on the social wealth origination components of the projects.

We also buy-into businesses that are operated by professional to bring social entrepreneurship elements to transform it into social entities. We prefer projects that benefit communities and families at micro and small enterprise level. We like to invest in businesses with proven operative model that generate income from the business that directly lands in the hands of families or individuals.

Our thrust is to provide SOCIAL CHANGE through business participation and ownership. In this contest, we will encourage creation of businesses that can be operated by families under a home based pattern. We will also consider buy-into home based businesses that can be socially franchised, be exportable, re-locatable, movable or can also be replicated globally. The business should provide optimum use of skills and social function, collaborative family participation to merge their social ideology, labor and knowledge (SILK) into value added income.

We impose no restriction on the type of projects, but suggest through our finding the social demand and immediate needs in the following areas as funding has been allocated: 

Education, Teaching, Tuition Education, Marriage and Social Counseling, Advertising, Immigration Services, Maintenance Services, Healthcare, Housing, Social Retailing, Club Management, Fashion and Textile Designing and Branding, Interior Designing, Architectural Practice, Custom Design and Build Home Services, Relocation, Information technology, E-commerce Businesses, Marketing, Human Resource Development and Training, Photography and Development of Documentary Series. Also, there is high demand to form consulting and businesses in Event Management, Social/Leisure Functions and Parties, Private and Public Exhibitions, Computer Software, Hardware, Networking, Trouble Shooting and Web Designing Services, Catering, Janitorial Services, Publishing, Mobile Bookstores, SME Consulting, Business and Management Consulting, Real Estate Brokerage, Legal Consulting, Agriculture/Farming, Franchising, Export and Import Activities.
