They include international chain of bookstores, publishing company and state of art warehousing. These identified public listed entities require global perspectives to build them into 9 figure entities. We welcome inquiries from investment bankers and business consultants in this field to assist in these transactions as well as offer alternatives to us in confidence. We would consider retaining an M & A firm or professionals group with industry background. The firm needs to have ability to understand the operation gap between matured and emerging market and knowledge to arbitrage the gap. Please contact to discuss your experience and our global aspirations and how you can assist in these ventures.
