Sasi Real Estate Group operated under one single umbrella.  A new business transformation plan has been introduced to decentralized the group into SME's entities.  The strategy is to develop critical mass and operate these as independent SBU's as   public  listed entities in global capital market. To bring in participation of seasoned  international professional management team as well as partnering with international players in similar business, merge to bring global synergies and to arbitrage various gap such as know-how, financial and business operation processes and social wealth originating models. These SME's will include Real Estate Asset and Portfolio Management Division, Construction and Project Management Division, Real Estate Consulting Division, Full Service Real Estate Brokerage Division, Joint Venture Division, M & A Real Estate Services, International Division, Custom Design and Build Homes Division, Turnkey Design and Build projects for Corporate and institutional clients and Architectural and Engineering Division to manage local and international services.
